REASONS WHY YOU ARE PROBABLY NOT MAKING THAT PROGRESS.

You are afraid to compete.

I can personally attest to this, because I was once afraid to compete. Sometimes failing at a competition is exactly what you need, in order to do better the next time. I have yet to work with someone who, after their first competition, did not have a fire lit under their ass to compete again ASAP.

You want to get better at everything, and you want it to happen yesterday.

Arguably, a lot of us are guilty of this. However, the line that separates those who want to be good and those who want to become good is the ability to break goals into smaller pieces, and accomplish them in segments. World records aren’t built in a day.

YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO SAY “NO

If you can’t say “No” to people it is going to get tough. This also applies to all the things and distractions that continuously try to get a part of your valuable attention. You need to stay away from the bad habit of giving in to these temptations. Learning to say “No” implies to have one or a few very strong goals you say “Yes” to. And the “Yes” needs to be in alignment with your end result from above. In order to produce something of lasting value, especially in your professional life, you want to apply single- minded focus  which is nothing else than having one big “Yes”. This keeps things simple. In your private life I would suggest to go for a balanced blend of the most important areas.

ORGANISATION

Yes, there is something like a creative chaos. But you need some kind of organizing system. If you can’t find your own way through your stuff anymore, what this creative chaos really does is drag you down. To get ahead you need some kind of organization, some like a simple productivity system, others like a more sophisticated system. It depends on your style and what works for you. So experiment a bit and judge by your results. It also helps to learn the basics of time management.

IN ABILITY TO EMBRACE CHANGE:

One of the few thing that set us apart is the ability to make a quick change and adapt to it as fast as possible. Time changes so also we need to change with the time to help us perform better. In ability for you to change changes your finances and your mental structure. And will find yourself chasing after the shadows

OVER CONFIDENCE

Over confidence sometimes make you feel too relax. when you are suppose to put all your energy in a thing, you put little cos you feel your competitors  are not as powerful as you. And you forget sometimes that you are training your self to be a better person not training your competitors. Always give the best and not your best.

NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN FALL:

Most of us spend the rest of our life blaming the world around us for our present state. The more we do that, the more we sink. If the world around you can’t help your status then you feel even terrible. You need to dust yourselves and do something that will make the world around you become a better place.

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE:

Our believe drives us, its our touch-light to our destination.

LAZINESS:

Laziness is a mental and body virus that produce procrastination, digression, Excuses and so many. Its usually starts from the mind then to the body. To achieve the smallest thing becomes so difficult.

CONCLUSION:

Achieving a goal is not so easy. Its the ability to study your self and master your weakness and strength. For me, I like to have a competitor. I place them in my front, close my eyes, and start to run. That is how I run better. HOW DO YOU RUN?

  • Be Inspired.
